R&B star Rihanna has hit out at her ex boyfriend Chris Brown, saying that love is not for kids.
Brown confirmed over the weekend that the on-off couple have called time on their relationship.
During an interview with Australian radio show hosts Kyle and Jackie O, Brown, 24, commented on Rihanna's age, claiming he couldn't be "wife-ing" someone so "young".
Now, the 'Rude Boy' singer has responded to Brown, 24, with a comment on her account on Twitter .
"Settling is not an option! Nothing less than 100% loyalty, honesty, and respect!! Love ain't for kids #butimsleeptho (sic)," she wrote.
Brown is also using the site to express his thoughts on their relationship.
"Sometime loving someone is too much! So loving from a distance will help everyone grow! Be blessed. Live ya life! (sic)" he tweeted.
