A Judicial Magistrate Court here today directed the Avaniapuram Police to register a case against the management of a private medical college for grabbing 45 cents of prime land in Anupanadi village here.
In his complainant N Paval said the college administration had on December 5, 2014 removed the fence, border stones and began filling the area with debris.
When he questioned about it, they informed that they were only clearing the area for building the compound wall for their land and assured to rebuild the fence for his land. However after two days he found that the college had raised compound wall adding his land also with their college complex, Paul said in his complaint.

He said the Manager of the College Rajendran threatened him not to come to the college and a hench man of the college and three others abused him and threatened to murder him.
He said it was understood that the college management had created fake documents.
Though he had lodged a police complaint no action was taken.
The Judicial Magistrate directed the police to register a case and properly investigate into the complaint.
