Maha govt forms State Commission for Backward Classes

Maharashtra government today constituted the State Commission for Backward Classes with retired justice Sambhajirao Mhase as the Chairman.

The Maharashtra government constituted a State Commission for Backward Classes with Retd Justice Sambhajirao Mhase as its chairman, a statement from Chief Minister's Office said.

Maharashtra State Commission for Backward Classes consists of following members - Dr Sarjerao Nimase (expert member), Prof Chandrashekhar Deshpande, Prof Rajabhau Karape, Dr Bhushan Kardile, Dr Dattatray Balsaraf, Dr Suvarna Rawal and Dr Pramod Yeole, it added.
