Taking a dig at the ruling AAP, Maken claimed that they party has been in power for over two years in Delhi but have not carried out any development works.
AAP has only made excuses and clashed with the Centre on each and every issue, he said.
"The people of Rajouri Garden had elected AAP candidate Shri Jarnail Singh as the MLA to carry forward the development works in the constituency, but he deserted Rajouri Garden to contest the Punjab Assembly elections, leaving the people here in the lurch. AAP is a power-hungry party," he said.
