Man arrested with 300 grams of heroin

A man was arrested today after 300 grams of heroin was seized from his possession, police said.

Acting on a tip off, a police team stopped the car of Ragdev Singh at a checking point near Qila Lal Singh village here and found heroin inside the car.

Singh, a resident of Rudhiana village here, has been arrested under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, police said.
