A person, who was carrying 78 packets of unlicensed explosives in his car, has been arrested in Sangam Vihar area here, police said today.
Jahiruddin alias Kalu was arrested by Loni Border Police last night. He is a resident of Farukh Nagar town and was carrying explosives in his Maruti car. He was nabbed by the police during their night checking, they added.
