Man commits suicide after wife leaves him

A 30-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself over some domestic trouble at Nawala village here, police said today.

Raissuddin hung himself from the ceiling of his house yesterday, SHO Jasbir Singh said.

According to the police, the victim was depressed over trouble with his wife. His wife had left the house and was living with her parents.

The body has been sent for postmortem, Singh said.
