Man commits suicide by jumping before moving train

A man today committed suicide by jumping before an express train at the city railway station.

The man, in his 30s and yet to be identified, suddenly jumped before the Mangalore-Chennai Express as it was pulling into the platform at around 6.30 AM, railway officials said.

A railway ticket from Guruvayoor to Thrissur in Kerala was found in his pocket, they said, adding that the body has been kept in the mortuary.
