Man detained for trespassing at Surajkund crafts fair

A man was today detained after he was caught trespassing into the premises of the ongoing Surajkund Crafts fair near here, police said today.

A security personnel on duty yesterday nabbed a man who was trying to enter into the 'mela' after coming down off the boundary wall at the crafts fair, a police spokesperson said.

The detained person identified himself as 'Hareef' while his identity card displayed his name as 'Taufiq', police said.

A case in this regard has been registered and further probe is underway, they added.
