Man electrocuted in Badaun

A 36-year-old man was electrocuted and two women were injured after they came in contact with a live wire in the Ujhani area here, police said today.

The incident took place in Abdullahganj village here. Pappu Yadav (36) was electrocuted when he tried to save the two women who came in contact with the wire.

They were rushed to a hospital, where Yadav was declared brought dead. The women are undergoing treatment, the police said.
