Man rapes woman on pretext of job

A man was arrested today for allegedly raping a 25-year-old woman on pretext of getting her a job, police said.

Irfan, a resident of Pasonda village in Sahibabad, allegedly raped her several times, said SHO Surendra Yadav, adding he posted the video clips which he had recorded.

The victim met the accused a few days ago through a common friend, he added.

He was booked under Section 376 (rape) of IPC and has been sent to jail, the SHO said.
