Man shot dead by cousin

A man was today shot dead allegedly

by his cousin over a land dispute in Jaitipur area of Shahjahanpur district, a police spokesman said here.

32-year-old Pramod Kumar Yadav was shot at by his cousin Manveer with his licenced gun over land dispute in Dostpur village this morning, the spokesman said.

Pramod died while being taken to the hospital, he said.

A case has been lodged and efforts are on to arrest the accused, the spokesman said.
