A 40-year-old man was shot dead by his nephew over a minor dispute in Imalia Sultanpur area of the district, police said today.
Lalta was killed by his nephew, Vishnu after the former's cattle grazed in his fields last night. The issue led to a tiff between the two following which Lalta was shot with a country-made pistol, they said.
The man died on the spot, they said, adding that an FIR has been lodged in this connection and efforts are on to nab Vishnu.
