Margot Robbie is looking for diverse characters for the upcoming Harley Quinn spin-off, "Birds of Prey".
During an interview with Yahoo Movies, the 28-year-old actor was asked whether the casting for the spin-off would be more inclusive than previous superhero films.
"Yep, yes exactly. Real life isn't so one specific image," Robbie replied. "We've got to reflect that on screen."
Robbie also teased that the film will feature new costumes and a revamped look for Quinn but refrained from sharing any more details.
"No, honestly (it's) because the costumes haven't been designed yet but yes she'll have new looks. There will be new Halloween costumes out there, one day," she said.
Earlier, the Oscar-nominated actor said that "Birds of Prey" will start shooting next January and will be made with a "much smaller budget" for a DC movie.
Robbie is attached to play Quinn (she first played the character in "Suicide Squad") in three more projects, that she will topline.
