Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has been served with a lawsuit by a paparazzo who accuses the rocker of purposefully hitting him with his car.
The Coldplay frontman and his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow dined at a Los Angeles restaurant and as they were leaving in Martin's Jeep, photographer Richard Terry alleges the singer struck him with his vehicle as he drove away from the eaterie, reported TMZ.
Another snapper released photos of the incident, which show Terry seemingly running up to Martin's car just as he was attempting to turn onto the street. Additional pictures show Terry lying on the ground being tended to by medics.
