Matthew Perry sells home for USD 4.7 million

'Friends' star Matthew Perry has sold his Hollywood Hills home for USD 4.7 million, which is one million less than the its original list price.
The modern-style home features three bedrooms and three and a half baths spread out across 4,100 square foot floor plan, E!Online reported.
The property also boasts a theater room, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a glass wall.
