Meghalaya CM condoles death of Karunanidhi

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma today condoled the death of DMK president M Karunanidhi.

The former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister died at the age of 94 after a prolonged illness in Chennai.

In a condolence message posted on twitter, Conrad said, "On behalf of the people of Meghalaya, I extend my deepest condolence on the demise M #Karunanidhi ji, whose ideals had motivated and infused energy amongst many young politicians of the country. May his soul rest in peace. @arivalayam @KanimozhiDMK.
