Mercury remains below 40 degree C mark in Delhi

Temperature remained at comfortable level in the national capital today as the Sun played hide and seek and mercury settled below 40 degree Celsius mark.

According to MeT department, the day temperature was recorded at 38.6 degree Celsius which was one point below normal for this part of the year while almost the same as it was recorded yesterday at 38.5 degree Celsius.

The minimum temperature also settled at two degree below normal at 23 degree Celsius which was slightly higher from 21.4 degree Celsius of the previous day.

Around 0.2 mm rain was also recorded in the national capital between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in the evening.
 

Humidity was measured between 29 to 71 per cent.

Weatherman has predicted similar weather conditions tomorrow, as partly cloudy sky, very light rains and thundery conditions are expected in some areas.

The maximum temperature is expected to remain around 38 deg Celsius while the minimum may settle around 22 degree Celsius.
