Militant leader killed in factional fight in Manipur

A top Naga militant leader was killed in factional fight with a rival group in interior Senapati district of Manipur, police said today.

Self-styled 'Lt Colonel' James (55) of National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Kohole faction was killed in fight with NSCN-IM activists at Viewland village in the district yesterday, they said.

The body has been sent to a nearby hospital for post mortem, sources said.
