The national capital continued to witness an unusually warm spell in winters with the minimum temperature remaining above normal today.
According to MeT department, the minimum temperature was today recorded at 10 degrees Celsius which was one notch above normal. Yesterday, it had settled at 13 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average.
Humidity in the air was recorded at 88 per cent at 8.30 in the morning.

There was shallow fog and slight mist in the morning which soon made for a bright sun.
"The sky will remain mainly clear during the day and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 27 degrees Celsius," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 27.8 degrees Celsius.
