High humidity prevailed in Delhi today a day after it was hit by goodly showers even as the weatherman said that more rain was in the offing.
According to the MeT department, the city received 0.4mm rainfall between 8.30 A.M. And 5.30 P.M. Today and saw the maximum temperature settle a notch above normal at 35.3 degrees Celsius.
The minimum was recorded at 24.6 degrees, two notches below normal.

Humidity in the air fluctuated between 54 and 94 per cent and the weather office said that the sultry conditions were likely to continue over the next few days.
The weatherman also said that parts of the city could see some showers tomorrow.
"Skies will be generally cloudy with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers in some parts of the city. The maximum and minimum are likely to be at 33 and 25 degrees, respectively," the MeT office said.
The Safdarjung observatory recorded 35.8mm rainfall in Delhi on Sunday as showers stretched throughout the day, bringing down temperatures.
