Minor Dalit girl raped in UP

A 12-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly raped by a youth in Baksha area of the district today, police said.

The incident took place when the girl had gone to the field this morning.

Later, she told the incident to her family members, who registered an FIR in this connection.

Police said an investigation was on and they were trying to ascertain the identity of the youth.
