A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by two teenagers in Vikarabad district of Telangana, police said today.
The incident happened at Ibrahimpur village in Parigi mandal of the district on February 19 when the girl stepped out of her house to wash clothes, police said.
Two youths allegedly dragged her into nearby bushes and raped her, as per the complaint lodged by the girl's mother.
Police have registered a case under relevant sections of the IPC as well as under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
The accused were absconding, police said, adding that a search was on for them.
