A 17-year-old girl and a woman have reportedly gone missing in two separate incidents since Monday from here, police said today.
In the first incident, the teenage girl, a resident of Sihi village in Sector-8 here, did not return home after she had gone to collect Transfer Certificate from her school on Monday, according to a complaint filed by her brother Munna.
Meanwhile in another incident, a person lodged a complaint with the police that her wife had gone missing from their home since Monday, police said today.
She was not traced despite intense search by family, the complaint stated.
The police said they have registered cases in the both the incidents on Tuesday and have initiated the probe.
