Motorcyclist dies in accident

One motorcyclist was killed today when he ran into bamboo-laden truck at Lalitagari More near Uluberia in Howrah district.

The police said the young motorcyclist died on the spot and angry locals blocked on Birshibpur-Goalia road for an hour.

The truck driver fled from the spot and the vehicle was impounded.
