The 52-year-old lead singer of sister group The Nolans has vowed to fight the deadly disease for as long as possible, reported Daily Mail.
"It's not curable. I'm on medication which is controlling it and people have lived for 12 years on these drugs. Who knows what new treatments are around the corner? I refuse to sit around like I've got a death sentence. I'm going to fight this for ever. It can get stuffed," said Nolan, who is on drugs to contain her cancer.
The mother of one said during her tour of the musical 'Chicago' earlier this year she noticed a lump on the same side of her chest where she had had her mastectomy in 2010.
A biopsy was carried out and she "thought it would be fine, but when [the nurse] phoned about a week later, I knew."
Nolan was told the breast cancer had returned and this time had spread to her brain, lungs, liver and bones.
