Accusing national political parties of not allowing blossoming of leadership in Jharkhand, Ajsu party president Sudesh Mahto today ruled out any pre-poll alliance.
"While the national parties have not allowed growth of quality leadership in the state, governments fell due to some over-ambitious leaders," Mahto told reporters here.
Denying allegations that regional parties had plunged the state into political uncertainty, the former deputy chief minister said it was due to national political parties.
