Nearly 30 kg beef seized in Rajasthan's Bharatpur

Nearly 30 kg beef was seized in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district today, an official said.

The police, acting on a tip-off, intercepted a two-wheeler without having a registration number plate at a check post and found 30 kg beef in a carry bag, SHO Jurhara police station Hoshiyar Singh said.

He said that the accused managed to flee the spot.

A case has been registered against him, he added.
