Nepal PM allocates portfolios to new ministers
With induction of 3 new ministers, the strength of the Cabinet reaches 9

Nepalese Prime Minister Prachanda on Tuesday allocated portfolios to the three newly appointed ministers.
The prime minister had inducted Jaya Dev Joshi of CPN-United, and Dipak Bohara and Pikram Pandey of Rastriya Prajatantra Party as ministers in his Cabinet on Monday.
Joshi has been given the portfolio of the ministry of population and environment, the prime minister's office stated.
Bohara and Pandey were given the ministry of supply and the ministry of land reform, respectively.
With the induction of three new ministers, the strength of the Cabinet has reached nine.
Prachanda early this month assumed office for his second term as prime minister.
