Newly appointed Chairman of the state OBC Commission Jitendra Rai Goyal today took charge in the presence of social justice and empowerment minister Arun Chaturvedi.
Member Secretary Hari Kumar Godara and members Sitaram Sharama and Arjun Singh Bhati also took charge today.
Goyal, a retired judge, was appointed as the Commission by Raje government yesterday.
