Nile Rodgers working with Kanye West for new track

Grammy award-winning musician Nile Rodgers has revealed rapper Kanye West has sent him a song to work on.

It is yet to be known if the song will appear on the 33-year-old rapper's forthcoming seventh studio album or not.

The 61-year-old 'Le Freak' hitmaker also expressed his desire to work with singers Pharrell Williams, Prince and soul-singer Janelle Monae, reported the Daily Star.

"There are so many people I want to jam with - Kanye West sent me a track, I'm dying to work with Janelle Monae, then there's Pharrell and Prince," he said.
