A 9-year-old girl was allegedly raped by an unidentified person in Borabanda area here, police said today.
The incident occurred last night. The girl was lured by the unknown man while she was going home.
The man took her to an isolated place where he raped her after threatening her with a knife, said police sub-inspector Laxman.
Further probe is on.
