A nurse has alleged that she was sexually assaulted by her neighbour when she was on her way to work, the police said.
The incident took place this morning when the nurse was stopped and forcibly taken to a secluded place allegedly by her neighbour, Station house officer (Expressway) Vedpal Singh said.
However, she managed to escape from the location, he said.
According to the official, an FIR has been lodged against the accused and efforts are on to nab him.
