Horan was allegedly seen kissing the chart-topping 'Burn' hit-maker, while both wore hooded jackets in an attempt to conceal their identities from nearby fans.
The duo were later seen leaving the set early, heading towards the backstage area for private drinks.
It's thought that the 26-year-old split from actor boyfriend Jeremy Irvine sometime last month, following a relationship that spans back to late December 2012.
Goulding and Irvine were previously spotted kissing at a Brits after-party in February and made their red carpet debut during the Cannes film festival.
