One killed in shoot-out; mob kills gunman

One person was killed in an incident of firing at Karad in Satara district of Western Maharashtra today, a police official said.

One Babar Khan fired at Bablu Mane, after which the latter died, the police official said.

After the incident, Bablu's supporters chased Khan and crushed him to death with stones, the police official said.
