Over 100 sovereigns of gold, motorcycle seized from man

: Over 100 sovereigns of gold and a stolen motorcycle were seized today from a man involved in chain snatching cases in the city for the last two years, police said.

Jamal (30) hailing from Coimbatore, was nabbed on specific inputs given to a special team, which had been formed to nab culprits involved in chain snatching, a police press release said.

He was involved in over 30 chain snatching cases in the city since 2012, they said.
