Padma Shri: Das congratulates Balbir Dutt, Mukund Naik

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today congratulated veteran journalist Balbir Dutt and folk singer Mukund Naik for getting Padma Shri awards.

In his congratulatory message, Das said the two enhanced the prestige of the state.

Dutt and Naik worked selflessly in their respective areas.
