Patient, 5 others killed as ambulance meets accident

A patient and five other occupants of an ambulance were killed in Sirhind town of the district today in a multiple collision, police said.

The ambulance collided with two trucks near Brahman Majra over bridge at Sirhind town. The deceased include two women occupants and four men, police said.

In the mishap, one of the truck drivers was also seriously injured, police said.
