Those who fired on Odisha Law and Tourism minister Maheswar Mohanty in Puri town on Friday have been identified, police sources said today.
"We have identified the persons who opened fire on the minister. The police got clues after verifying different angles and interrogating several people," Puri Superintendent of Police Anup Sahu said.
He said they would be arrested soon.

The condition of the injured minister was improving, hospital sources said.
A bullet lodged in the minister's chest has been removed, they added.
