Police on the look out for 2 employees of sub-contract agency

Police are on the look out for two employees of a private sub-contract agency for allegedly swindling cash to the tune of Rs 82 lakh between January one, 2014, and October 30, 2015, meant for replenishing the ATM machines in the industrial district.

According to the District Crime Branch Police, who registered a case on a complaint from the Manager of the agency, Imam Rajah Mohammed and Saddam Hussain defrauded the sub-contract agency which provided them currency for replenishment in the nationalised banks ATMs in Srivilliputhur, Watrap and Dalavaipuram.

The sub contract agency,with head office at Secunderabad, was replenishing cash in the ATMs.
 

The fraud came to light when the main contractor and the banks audited the cash replenishment and found Rs 82 lakh missing.

Both the accused are absconding, police said.
