Postal stamp on scientist A S Rao released

Union Urban Development and Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu today released a postal stamp commemorating the late scientist A S Rao on the occasion of his birth centenary.

Rao was one of the founders of Hyderabad-based PSU Electronic Corporation of India Limited.
