Prices of garam dal and urad dal decreased, while that of other commodities were ruling steady in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Gram dal and urad dal went down by Rs 300 and Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 5,900 and Rs 13,400 from its closing rate of Rs 6,200 and Rs 13,500, respectively.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (rates in rupees per quintal, unless stated otherwise): Tur Dal Rs 13,500, Urad Dal Rs 13,500, Moong Dal Rs 9,000, Gram Dal Rs 6,200, Sugar Rs 3,450, Wheat Rs 3,000 Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,500 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,200.
