The principal of a madarsa here was arrested for allegedly raping his 35-year-old maid for three years, police said today.
Maulana Mursheed Ali Kadri (50) was arrested last evening after his maid lodged a complaint of sexual harassment over a period of three years, Circle Officer Ayodhya Prasad Singh said.
He said medical examination of the victim will be conducted today.
