Priscilla Presley denies leaving Church of Scientology

Actor-entrepreneur Priscilla Presley has denied that she has severed ties from the Church of Scientology.

The 72-year-old actor, who is the wife of music icon Elvis Presley, has been a member of the controversial cult for many decades was reported to have quit the group.

However, a representative of Presley has refuted the claims that she had left the church, according to People magazine.

Several high profile actors such as Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Elizabeth Moss are Scientology followers.
