Pro-talk ULFA leader Anup Chetia meets Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal

Pro-talk ULFA leader Anup Chetia met Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and submitted a memorandum enlisting various demands of the organisation, officials said.

Sonowal assured Chetia that the government would consider their demands, which included rehabilitation of the surrendered cadres.

Minister for Agriculture Atul Bora was present during the discussion, they added.
