The mother of Punjab Congress chief Partap Singh Bajwa passed away today at her residence in Qaidan town of Gurdaspur district.
She was 85.
Gurbachan Kaur is mother of Bajwa and wife of late Satnam Singh Bajwa, former minister of Punjab.
She is also mother-in-law of Qadian MLA Charanjit Kaur Bajwa.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, his deputy Sukhbir Singh Badal condoled the death of Kaur.
