Moderate rains continued to lash several parts of Rajasthan for the second day today, affecting normal life, while fog in neighbouring regions delayed train and bus services in the desert state.
Due to dense fog in neighbouring states of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Madhya Pradesh, about eight trains were running late from 55 minutes to 5:35 hrs, and two trains between Sriganganagar and Jammu Tawai, Ganganagar-Delhi were rescheduled, an NWR spokesperson said here.
Howrah-Jodhpur train is running late by 5:35 hrs, while Kanpur-Bhiwani and Varanasi-Jodhpur by 3:10 hrs.

Roadways buses plying on Jaipur-Delhi, Jaipur-Agra, Jaipur-Kota routes were also running late by about one hour, an RSRTC official said.
Kota recorded a maximum rainfall of 5.2 mm followed by Jaipur 3.8 and Ajmer 1.8 mm till 0830 hrs, a MeT report said.
Barring western districts of Barmer and Jaisalmer, intermittent rains occurred in most parts of the state, including Kota, Ajmer, Jaipur, Pilani, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Mount Abu, Churu, and Sriganganagar, in the range of 1 to 5 mm.
Meanwhile, Jaisalmer was the coldest place in the state with a minimum of 7.9 degrees Celsius, followed by Barmer 9.2 degrees Celsius.
Elsewhere, the minimum temperature was recorded in the range of 10 and 13 degrees.
Inclement weather risen due to upper air cyclonic system in last two days would continue with little drizzles for the next 24 hours in the state.
