Rawat inaugurates centre of excellence in handloom

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat today inaugurated the Nanda Devi Handloom and Heritage Centre of Excellence at Kasar Devi in Almora.

After inaugurating the Centre, the chief minister addressed a gathering, mostly of women involved in handloom and other handicraft activities.

This centre will design goods and market, an official said.
