Relaxo Footwears' today scrip jumped about 20 per cent after the company reported a nearly two-fold rise in its standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Shares of the company soared 19.66 per cent to settle at Rs 847.50 on the BSE. During the day, it climbed 19.97 per cent to reach its 52-week high at Rs 849.75.
On the NSE, it surged 19.38 per cent to settle at Rs 842.30.

Relaxo Footwears today reported 95.60 per cent jump in its standalone net profit at Rs 42.68 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 21.82 crore in the January-March period a year ago, Relaxo Footwears said in a filing to the BSE.
The company's net sales on a standalone basis increased by 18.13 per cent during the quarter under review to Rs 438.11 crore as against Rs 370.87 crore for the same period a year ago, it added.
For the financial year ended March 2015, the company's standalone net profit increased 57.54 per cent to Rs 103.40 crore as against Rs 65.63 crore in the previous fiscal.
In the stock market, the BSE benchmark Sensex settled with 401.91 points gain at 27,507.30.
