Rico Auto inks JV pact with Singapore's Fairwood for EVs
Auto components maker Rico Auto Industries today said it has inked a JV pact with Singapore's Fairwood PTE to manufacture autonomous electric vehicles to be run on a dedicated track.
The two partners would have equal shareholding in the joint venture firm, Rico Auto Industries said in a regulatory filing. Rico and Fairwood would invest in the ratio of 50:50 in the JV entity, it added.
